A host can't publish straight to guests. Our team checks the property first, and it only goes live once approved.

How a property gets verified
Four steps. No property skips one.
A host submits.
They add photos, the address, capacity, house rules and pricing, then tap Submit for review. Nothing is visible to guests yet.
Our team reviews it.
A moderator opens the full submission and checks it against our property standards. If something's wrong it comes back with a written reason, so the host knows exactly what to fix.
It goes live.
Only approved properties appear in search, on the map, or in a wishlist. Everything else stays invisible to guests.
Edits go back through.
Changing an approved listing — even one photograph — returns it to review. Approval isn't a one-time gate.
This isn't a setting we could quietly switch off.
The rule lives in our database, not in the app. Unapproved properties are not returned to guests at all — there is no code path that shows you one.

Questions people ask
Is RentalGO available to download?
Not yet — we're in pre-launch. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it's on Google Play and the App Store. Nothing before that.
What does "verified" actually mean here?
A person on our team opens every submitted property and reviews it before any guest can see it. Rejections come with a written reason. Any later edit sends the listing back through the same review.
Do I need an account just to look around?
No. Search, filters, the map and listing pages all work logged out. You'll be asked to sign in only when you save a place or make a reservation.
How am I charged?
In-app payments aren't live yet. During early access, reservations are confirmed without a card being charged in the app. When that changes we'll say so clearly — here and in the app — before it affects a single booking.
Can two people book the same dates?
No. A confirmed reservation holds its dates as a constraint in our database, not as a check in the app, so an overlapping booking is rejected outright.
What does it cost to list my property?
Nothing. Submitting a property for review is free.
Which cities are you in?
We're running our first pilot in Pune, and onboarding hosts there now. Join the waitlist and tell us where you're looking — it's how we decide where to go next.
Is my data safe?
Your session is stored in your phone’s encrypted secure storage, never in plain text. Our full privacy policy is at /privacy.
